Personal Letter from Dr Robert Letch

To my dear patients,

It has been a huge privilege for me to serve you as patients at Euxton Medical Centre for the last 25 years. During that time my sole aim has been to give you the best care that I can.

It is with great sadness therefore that I have to inform you that I will be retiring from the practice on 25th July 2022. I have had a prolonged period of ill health and I am not able to continue my role at Euxton Medical Centre.

I shall miss my contact with you all greatly. Over the years I have got to know many of you and your families very well and have always strived to provide the continuity of care that I know you value so much.

You will of course continue to receive the care you need from the team at Euxton Medical Centre.

I wish you all good health and happiness,

Kindest regards,

Dr Robert Letch.

Please note the surgery is no longer able to fill in firearm licence forms. If you require one then you will need to arrange to see a private doctor for an assessment.
